I would also make the case for invasive parenthood. I also read an article on Ministry Watch about a youth pastor in Virginia who was posing as a minor on-line, following many underaged girls, and sexually propositioning them using social media. He was discovered by a parent who had the guts to pry into her minor daughter's online presence. 

Folks, there is an enemy out there. We have to love our children by being the "bad guy" and protecting children from predators. It's our job!

As Rob Plummer points out, the unsaved male sees having children as a "buzz-kill." The regenerate Christian father sees children as a blessing from the Lord (Psalm 127) We must be faithful to God and enjoy the blessing of leadership and parenting that he has given!

The "party" isn't over, it has only increased in both joy and challenge!  Embrace it!
